Hi,
If you define the logic in Adapter Module to populate the errors, this will be a part of message, If you write this error handling in Sender Adapter Module, then the message will flow into Mapping. In mapping you can pass the user defined errors thru messages only. So u can see the error messages in the payload.
Hence this functionality can be achieved with Mapping.. It is just a mapping...
