Hi

I am on Support side of my Project let u give me information for monitoring ,

trouble shooting, RWD usage ,Cache updates etc what ever required when we are in support. Please provide information as early as possible and help me.

Hey

by support i assume that ur scenarios are in production and u guys are monitoring everything.

well first of all there are few things u can srat off with.

Ofcourse SXMB_MONI,if u get any erros then look at it and see what it says,

in most of the cases it will be message mapping error,or queues error ,for mapping error,check the incoming payload in MM,for queues check SMQ1 and SMQ2.

after that if u have any HTTP or SOAP scenarios,u might wanna keep an eye on network connections too.

if ur getting some errors which u can't track in SXMB_MONI then check RWB,also keep an eye on SU01 to see if any users r getting locked.

There are millions of ways u can get erros so just look at the message flow in MONI and RWB and see if u get any errors.
