PILDUSER gets locked every 2-3 minutes

Hi,

We are using XI 7.0 with SP09 , during post installation we atrying to login exchange profile using PISUPER it throws error .Then we found PILDUSER gets locked.

We have unlocked the account then we can login but it throws error message "name or password incorrect"

Then found once again PILDUSER got locked

PILDUSER gets locked every 2-3minutes even we do not perform any task.

Can any one encountered this issue ? please suggest.

Of course there will be system sharing pwds.

Any Dev application systems that connect to Dev XI will have SLD password in it (for Java and ABAP). For ABAP check SLDAPICUST tx code. For Java, check the JCo RFC Providers in VA.

Hi,

I too had experianced for my previous project XI3.0 SP16 , but there we had common SLD for Dev and QA .

But now this project we have different SLD's for individual systems.So there will be no chance to shareing the passwords.

Is there will be anothere issue?

Seems that this user is being used in some place with the wrong password.

Probably in some abap system to connect to SLD.

Check tx code SLDAPICUST in your systems in SLD, and check user/pwd there.

Hi Kristene,

I faced the same problem I found that user may get locked If you have mentioned wrong passwords for the same user at Different places(QA,Prod).
