Additional restrictions in Vendor Replication

Hi

Keywords: SRM 5.0, BBPGETVD, Vendor Replication.

In BBPGETVD you can restrict (filter) vendors replicated for the backend (R/3) based on Vendor (From/To) and Purchasing Organization (From/To).

In addtion to the two filters mentoned, we need to restrict the (filter) vendors replicated by Company Code. Is this possible? Is there another program or BAdI?

Hi Naing,

in SRM 5.0 there are two more reports for Vendor Replication.

To replicate new vendors you need 'BBP_VENDOR_GET_DATA_JOB' and for Updating the Vendor Data 'BBP_VENDOR_UPDATE_DATA_JOB'.

The mentioned filter on company code could be realized with two different RFC-Destinations and two different Vendor Groups.

Hi Nainf,

there are no further standard filters available. To accomplish

a selection of vendors, e.g. Company Code or Accout Group,

you can use BADI BUPA_FURTHER_CHECKS.

I've searched a while this problem and I can't find simple answer.

I think you must develop this filter for transaction BBPGETVD 😐
