Offline Processing - logon link

Hi,

When I clikc the "Logon" link in the e-mail that is sent to the approver it takes me to a page with get the following error message at the bottom

ErrorCode:ICF-NF-http-c:000-u:SAPSYS-l:E-i:dodo_SRA_40-v:0-s:404-r:Notfound

I assume the link is suppose to open the logon page.

Why is the link not working?

When cut and pasted the above link in IE and added <b>"/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/</b>" (see below ) it worked.

http://dodo.ab.ourdomain.com:8040/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart/!?WI=000000065909&;_{language=EN&sap-language=EN&}client=100&sap-client=100

what and where do I need to set so the link has <b>/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/</b>

Hi,

Problem solved....

The problem was with the Org. Plan attribute <b>Current ITS of User</b> (ITS_DEST).

We orginally had http://dodo.ab.ourdomain.com:8040

The porblem was fixed when we changes it to

http://dodo.ab.ourdomain.com:8040/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/
