Mismatched ICN

Hi There,

I'm hoping one of you know what my problem is here. Sometimes in the data we send the customers, the ICN numbers in the Header do not match the ICN in the Footer. This is happening to our 810 855 865 and 997s. From what I can tell the ICN in the ISA and GS are correct and the SE GE and IEA somehow added 1. The next ISN used will have the Correct Counter number in all fields. We are running R3 and running the Seeburger Adapter. Please let me know if I haven't shared enough info. Thanks so much for your time!!! Eddie

Hello Eddie,

If I could guess please check the message mappings for outbound transactions.

Please go on checking the maps for SE GE and IEA segments.

The logic should be exactly same what you are using for ICN in ISA segments.

Thanks

Amitanshu
