How can we do different validations in message mapping
and how can we trap them

message validations are not supported with XI 3.0/7.0
so you need to do them in an non stadard way - in java mappings, abap mappings etc

I mean to say validations in graphical mapping like null check, length check , condition check etc. and ways to deal them

you need to model them yourself
with some standard functions like:
- length
- if
- ifwithoutelse
etc
