Generic problem for search help without values

Hi,

Always I open a search help without values I get the warning popup "No values found" but after this no link let me come back to the previous screen.

Does anybody know how I can solve this (in a standard way)

Which SRM version are you using ? Which transaction are you using ? What are the steps to replicate the same problem ? When are you getting this problem ?

SRM SERVER550 SP6, In several transactions (always I use a search help and no values are found).

For example, in Manage business Partner if I haven't got payment condition and I use the search help, the popup no values found and no link back appears.
