Hi friends
please help me in providing some good materials on BPM.
Mainly showing some Real Scenarios about how its works and where it is required
without which work is impossible
Points will be awarded.

Hi arjya,
I will tell in which scenarios you will required BPM.
1. Mere using XI without BPM is just like sending message from one end point to another. If we are using BPM the message is persisted for a while before processing it completely.
For example : Suppose there is scenario where you have to send a mail to two different receivers based on the content present in the file. (FILE -> XI -> MAIL). Like if the file contains flag "yes" send the file with content to abc@abc.com or if the file contains flag "no" then send the file with content to xyz@xyz.com. Where file is in xml format with flag and contents are elements.
2. In other cases where you need to send messages or generate file which involves multiple receivers and senders.
For example : Suppose webservice is requesting for a particular order id to generate the file which contains order details. But the tricky part is you will get the content from R/3 system. so the scenario is SOAP-> XI -> RFC -> XI -> FILE. In this case also you need BPM.
In general BPM can be used in scenarios to
1. Persist the data
2. Control of the process based on Data - Decision Making
3. When process integration has to happen with more than one sender/receiver
4. To embed one's Business Logic

When you need to collect 2 different messages from 2 difffernt systems you need to use a BPM.
check collect message from multiple interfaces,
