BI Java installation

Dear Guru's..

I have installed an EP installation with DI & Portal....a new requirment has come up to install BI Java... if i want to install BI Java on that system what should i do escpecially that the sapinst wont allow me to install it unless i install a new java instance.....should i just deploy the BI Java sca's through SDM or are there more things to take into consideration.....you're help is higly appreciated...
