Plant disappears from PPOMA?

Hi all.

From time to time on of my plants disappear in the PPOMA structure for no reason, meaning that my users will receive the error in their shopping cart "Plant for follow-on document missing". I cannot see anywhere why the plant has disappeared from the PPOMA, has anyone heard of a similar problem? What could cause the plant to disappear from the extended attributes of an org unit?
