deleting the space between lines in scripts

hi experts,

i need to delete the extra line coming in between my records.

it is coming because of i am not taking one record which is not required for me(putting condition in the scripts)

coming like this.

item no. material quantity

10 230-mh 40

20 340-er 23

30 xyz-1 23

i need to delete the line cokmng which is extra space occupying for me in the main window.

how to do this....

Can u plz check whether u have given any skip in the coding....

Also check the window paragraph which u have choosed...Beacuse when u aligned any thing in paragraph means it will come like tht..

Hi,

That space can be removed from scripts..

Click the paragraph formatting which ha been used for emptying the balnk line

There will be a standard attibutes with check boxes...

There u click or check the No blank lines ..It will work

This was the basic enhancement wihich will always be come

Goto paragraph format that is used for empty blank line and in standard attributes of paragraph format tick the check box "<b>No Blank lines</b>"
