I can see the Jco Destinations WD_FLIGHTLIST_MODELDATA_DEST and
WD_FLIGHTLIST_RFC_METADATA_DEST
in the Content Administrator, but the buttons:Create,Preview, Edit ..... are not activated.
What is wrong?
First configure the SLD.
Open VisualAdministrator ->Services ->SLD DataSupplier and confirure the SLD properties.

Hi Alex,
If you are getting "SPACE", use that for configuring your dictionary metadata.
In the "Content Administrator", click on the "create JCo connections"\"Manage JCo connections", edit the JCo destination(ed. WD_RFC_METADATA_DEST). Select the server type as your server name (eg. sapmsJ2E) below that you can choose the "SPACE". enter your user name and password. Check whether the connection is successful.
Once the connection is successful, execute the application and see it should work fine.

Hello,
it looks better now. When i test the connection to the sld i have success and i can create the JCo connections.
Here comes the next question: What are the Settings for the "User Authentication" for the JCo connections? When i choose user/password and fill in my SAP-user data, i got the following error:
com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception: (102) RFC_ERROR_COMMUNICATION: Connect to message server host failed Connect_PM TYPE=B MSHOST=sap_dze GROUP=PUBLIC R3NAME=DZE MSSERV=sapmsDZE PCS=1 ERROR service 'sapmsDZE' unknown TIME Tue May 17 14:44:13 2005 RELEASE 640 COMPONENT NI (network interface) VERSION 37 RC -3 MODULE ninti.c LINE 494 DETAIL NiPGetServByName2: service 'sapmsDZE' not found SYSTEM CALL getservbyname_r COUNTER 1
Can it be that there is something missing in the service-file?

Hi Alex,
Are you able to login through the SAP GUI? (using the message server).
1. Open your SAP Logon pad, click the "Groups".
2. Give the Server Id : <<3 letter name>>
3. Give the message server : <<SAPServerHost>>
4. Click the "Generate List", see whether you are getting the list "PUBLIC", etc..
5. Double click "PUBLIC" and login using your user name and password.

when i select "start assigned sld" there appears the sld window. I think here is the problem: "No Object Server defined. Please set the Object Server parameter in Server Settings."
But what are the settings here?

Content Admin is the page where you are going to set the JCO connections.

Hi Alex,
Did you log off and log in again after doing the setting?
If not then do that.
If yes check your SLD service
This hostname and port are the same that you have specified in the SLD Data Supplier.
There click on Administration-> Start Server
if its stopped.
I assume you have configured your SLD properly.
If not refer to the following

Hello Alex,
You need to setup the SLD Data Supplier in your Visual Administrator.
Logon to Visual Administrator.
Expand the Server Link.
Expand the Services Link.
Select SLD Data Supplier.
Click on the Tab CIM Client Generation Settings in the bottom of the screen.
Maintain the SLD Host, port, user and pwd.
Press Save and do CIMClient Test.

Shubham
