What are the training documents while giving training session for users? can anyone please mail the format of docs to suhas_venkat@yahoo.com in a pdf format....

hi,

normally the training documents are the enduser manuals prepared and given to them. They are prepared keeping in view as to which user is entitled to do what. This information we get from the core users, based on that, we train the endusers on the activities they would be working. Assuming a user might be allocated for the purpose of maintaining master data, he would be given a manual as well training on that area. The training manuals contain instructions on how to execute a transaction or report and whtats input data to be given.

Its done transaction wise. BPML ( Business Process Master List ) is used as a template to create enduser training manual. Also tools like itutor, visio are used to prepare enduser manuals.

If you are following standard process, you can get good help from help.sap.com --> SAP Best Practices -> Baseline --> say ECC 5.00 --> Select country, say India --> Technical Info --> Building Block --> Select country, say India --> & you will have list of basic configuration & scenarios. Scenarios consist of overview, Busines Process Guide & Configuration Guide.

In pactical, Scenarios differ from customer to customer.

It depends on company to company.. basically training will give by PPT. and we also give some document pertaining to end user reference..
