Printout problem of pick list

Hi

When my client is taking printout of pick list for the first time he is able to take printouts ,but when he is trying to take printout after that printout is not coming..

May I know where can be the settings...any path? Is it BASIS problem or settings problem?

Kindly Please guide....

Maybe the "multiple issuing" T685B-MEHRF is blank for your output type.

Start tcode NACE. Select V2 and click the output types button. Double click on the output condition type and check for the "multiple issuing" check box.

In VV21, VV22, VV23 check Medium and time for the associated shipping point/delivery type. Medium can be set to print with option 1. Time can be set to 4 to send immediately. If the time is set to 1 or 2 then the problem is with BASIS job. If it is set to 3 or 4 it is not dependent on BASIS. What is the output type you are using for pick lists? Reward points if helpful.
