Sap script tables

Hi experts!

I'm looking for a table which contains data about sap sripct forms.

I need to find which form is issued by the program, issued by output type.

You can use table TNAPR and pass the particular application to find the output types...For each output type u can find what are the forms and programs that are triggered at run time
