Implementing OSS Message thru Solution Manager -- service.sap.com disabled?

If I start sending OSS messages thru Solution Manager, will sending OSS messages thru service.sap.com be disabled?

Hi Mel ,

Sending message through service.sap.com will not be disabled.You can post your problem through service.sap.com website.

The scenario of sending message through service desk in solution manager is just a step in the implementaion of service desk for better and quick resolution of the issue through SAP backend support.
