Dear SAP gurus,
Whenever I saved my SC, I always get message "I:O:123 error". Has anyone encountered this before? How to solve this issue? The funny thing is that the message is not really preventing me to move forward.
Best regards,
Yosea
Hi,
See if any BADI is implemented in the system whcih thorws this message.Goto SE18.See for BADi's BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI and BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI.If any implementations exist for these BADI's deactivate those and then test whether you are getting the error message while saving the SC.

Hi
Which SRM version and scenario are you using ?
1st Approach ->
For time being, De-activate all the custom BADI implemenatations (name starting with Y or Z), using SE19 Transaction. Most probabaly BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI will be the culprit.
Then try creating a new Shopping cart and order the same again.
2nd approach ->
Try hold the shopping cart and then see using BBP_PD Transaction, by Again Checking the document (Shopping cart - BUS2121) and you will get the required messages (error / warnings etc.)
Hope this will definitely help.
