BASIS Operational Document

Dear Technology Consultants,

I involved in support project

Here my client is asking me to prepare a BASIS Operational document

Can any one please suggest me how to prepare that document , Can you send a copy of document to me if you have that .

Please suggest me if you dont have the document how to prepare it , steps and process, what are the tasks should be included in that .

Hi Ravindranath,

The Operational Document will contain the following details:

System Landscape

Server Details - with names

Scope of the servers

Security design

Client Design

Users - Types, authorisation to be assigned, template users if any

STMS configuration

TCODE for administrators

Background jobs details

Backup and Recovery plan

Disaster recovery plan

Contacts for Escalations etc....

You have to create them for your own.
