SAP HR Support Package Problem with HR_CEE 106_500

Hi, I am trying to apply support packages of HR_CEE 106_500(SAPK-10601INHRCEE--SAPK-10627INHRCEE), SPAM/SAINT is the lastest version, but I got the following error:

Error in phase: XPRA_EXECUTION

- Reason for error: TP_STEP_FAILURE

- Return code: 0008

- Error message: OCS Package SAPK-10611INHRCEE, tp step R, return

code 0008

TP_STEP_FAILURE: The system was unable to execute the XPRA_EXECUTION tp step.

I applied the current version of R3trans, but it does not work.Any ideas?

See the Actionlog, import logs,u will get more info..or post those logs..
