Hi,

No you cannot use the Visual Admin.

You need to log on to the Integration Direxctory and then go to Tools --> Import anbd then import the .tpz files.

These .tpz files should be placed in the Import folder of the integartion directory.

Also, the Visual Admin is used to administer your J2EE engine and so it cannot be used to import data into the ID.

Hi Bhavesh,

But i want to import those exported ".tpz" files in PCK which is present in XI Integration Directory. I have not seen any option like " import and export objects" in PCK which is present in XI (IR and ID) application tool .

there is one option in PCK. Tools ---> Find Transport . what is that?

so is there any option using which i can export ".tpz" files in PCK.

thanks

Ashin,

Have not worked much with PCK's. My understanding was that there should be such an option just like there is one on the XI IR and ID.

Bhavesh
