Profiles: SNP

Hello Guru's:

On transaction/sapapo/mat1,

there are radio buttons was SNP: Demand Profile and SNP: Supply profile, I am new to this field was wondering where does these profiles stand from a configuration point of view.

Also if someone could provide a checklist on configuring for a basic SNP CTM implementation.

The demand and supply profiles on SNP tab are used when you need to maintain the same kind of settings in multiple product locations.

For example:

Demand Profile: ABC

Settings: Forecast Horizon=1, Pull Depl Horizon=8

SO when you assign the demand profile ABC on multiple product locations, all the product locations will have the same settings of Fcst Hor and Pull Depl Hori

Configuration:

In the transaction: /sapapo/mat1 itself you define.

For example: Select the tab SNP DEMAND PROFILE and input a name " TEST" and then click on the create button. You will see the screen which shows the following fields where you enter the values

Fcst Hor

Pull depl Hor

Period Split

VMI Promo L Time
