Vendor Text Issue

Hi All,

Vendor text at Header level of GOA in SRM is replicated as Release order text of Contract created in R/3 . So, Contract texts in SRM, replicated to R/3 are totally mixed up.

Do we have any idea why this has happned and do we need to implement ay OSS Note?

Which SRM and R/3 versions are you using ? What is the exact detailed problem ?

Have you raised any Customer message with SAP on this yet ?

Hi Atul,

Thanks fro your reply. None of the OSS Notes and threads helpful to me in this issue.

The GOA from SRM is replicated to R/3 but the Vendor Text message got mixed up in R/3. So it seems to be an Alignment issue in R/3. Any Idea of suitabel OSS Note?

Hi Atul,

None of the OSS Messages seems to be helpful.

I have analyze the issue. When we create the GOA- Vendor text in SRM with less width, it will replicate to Backend R/3 in correct order. But when we increase the GOA - vendor text width in SRM, the vendor text will replicate in reverse order.

Do we have any OSS note to increase the width size in SRM so that it replicate correctly in Backend R/3?

Hi Pankaj,

there is no OSS Note yet to the issue you discovered.

Let SAP know via OSS and, congrats, you are the initiator of that Note.

Hi All,

In GOA - vendor text replicated to backend R/3 in improper way and also some fields are missing. Do you have any idea why this has happened? Any Idea which OSS note we need to implement?
