Exception on changing portal logon page------ iView not found

Hi all....

I am trying to customise my logon page.

When I import com.sap.portal.runtime.logon.par file to NWDS I dont get the umelogonbase.jar and com.sap.portal.runtime.logon_api. jar files into the lib folder of the project.

I manually copied those jar files into the lib folder.I made needed changes i.e changed the image and the welcome text.and changed the authschemes.xml files too.

Now when I put back the changed par file into pcd folder and restart the server Its coming up with exception saying

com.sap.portal.runtime.logon.certLogon iview is not found.

What all changes needs to be made to solve this exception...

Hi all.....

I solved this problem myself .....

I deployed the par file instead of placing the par file manually in the pcd folder .

After making the changes, when you deploy the code.... are you able to see the customize webpage on the browser?

Where did u added those 2 lib files?
