Hello PR,
The common procedure for the system copy of an SAP Solution landscape is described in the SAP Best Practice "SAP System Landscape Copy for SAP NetWeaver and mySAP Solutions". Please see SAP note 885343 for more information on that document.
I do not know which kind of tools of Oracle you are using for the system copy and if they are supported by SAP.
If you need to know detailed information about the process you are planning you should open a customer call on component BC-DB-LCA.

Hello PR,
have both SCM Systems the same Version of LCA Build and liveCache build? Are the liveCaches running on the same hardware type?
If so you could run a homogenious system copy of the liveCache.
There are a lot of SAPnotes which describe the procedure:
886103; 489615; 877203 and 210564.
I think 886103
877203 have the needed information.
