You can chech inthe Tcode VKM2 Released SD documents, and VKM4 SD documents.

field name is VBAK-CMFRE which will give u the

Specifies the date on which the sales order or delivery was released after being blocked for credit reasons.

U go to table VBAK Put ur document no. and check in the release date field it will give u the date what u want.

u can use vkm3 tcode to check whether ur sales doc is relaese for credit check or not.
