Can't download, Company firewall accept NO FTP access

SDN, please move all downloads to be accessible via HTTP port because my company firewall do not allow FTP access (it allows only HTTP access.)

Can't you ask your company allow the FTP traffic for the SAP.com domain? You have a good business reason for it and it would be a lot easier for your company to allow that traffic for the domain then to have the entire SDN team go through and change everything.

Actualy my company give access for FTP, but it is often that I am in a client site and they have very strict policy about the use of their internet line. I think I am not the only one who face this problem.

Again though, any company that uses SAP would not be so against allowing FTP traffic from SAP.COM domain. They will need the files as well as you.

My company is huge, and we have those strict policies as well but we allow the access for the domain, in fact we even allow through our proxy help.sap.com without requiring the proper "internet access" that all other websites allow.
