Adobe Credentials - Reader Rights - Error for PKCS#12 Cred. Attributes inst

I received credentials from "SAP Interactive Forms Certificates" with password .

When i am trying to add credentials thru VISULAL Administrator -->Cluster Tab --> Server <X> --> Services --> Docuemnt Services Configuration --> Runt Time Tab --> Select Credentials and trying to add credentials i received - i get the Error Message as below.

An Error Occured while updating the credential expiry date for alias " ReaderRights".

Error retreiving credentials expiry : Reader Rights

Show Addition Messages ?? <YES> <NO>

Please let me know the tips - The same credentials works perfectly on another JAVA Engine - it is failing only on specific server - What could be the roor cause.
