Offline documentation for programming in Java with SAP

My name is Sorin. I'm new to Java programming with SAP and I want to read some introductory documentation on this subject. Unfortunatelly i found just online documentation.

I'm searching for some documentation that i can download such as .pdf files, etc.

Where can I find and download these files?

I'm interested in what can be do with SAP usisng as a programming language Java. I'm new in this domain and I don't know what documentation to read first, so please recommend me some documentation to start with.

It can be offline or online. If there are offline docs of older versions please indicate me these too.
