Accessing external Web services from NWDS

I am trying to access an external web service and have written a piece of code in NWDS 7.0

I am getting the below exception:

<b>javax.wsdl.WSDLException: WSDLException: faultCode=OTHER_ERROR: Unable to resolve imported document at 'http://www.webservicex.net/TranslateService.asmx?WSDL'.: java.net.UnknownHostException: www.webservicex.net</b>;

Please suggest a solution for the same. Else please let me know the entire process to use a web service in NWDS. A sample code and procedure would be helpful.
