consignment fill up

Dear Gurus

Wen i trying to create consignment fill up with a free goods, it is processing, but while delivery, it is giving me the message that the item 20 (Free good) copying is not possible because an entry is missing in table TVCPL, LF KB TANN

Does consigment sales support free goods.

Hi Annie,

Check your setting Logistic Execution>Shipping>Copy control for Deliveries for delivery type LF and Order type KB. Here in the ITEM the item category is missing for free goods. In my system i had used RENN - Free Goods Item item category. Just check for TANN or else use RENN. I think consignment does support free goods.

You can check the item category determination.

But one thing i want to clarify from you that free goods scenario in consignment fillup wont possible in logically also. Because the stock is still own by the company and where is the question of free goods coming here. If its happening in consignment issue which is the logical sense. Pls checkout.
