Knowledge warehouse configuration

Hello all! I have a problem. then If i login in KW page == http://portal:50000/SAPIKS2/showAdmin.sap

im view SAP Knowledge Warehouse - Configuration

I'm select Direct Access to SAP KW and enter the connection parameters,

press "test" button and view "Could not establish connection to KW, check the connection parametrs"

That I must do?
