Need history of Smart forms (Who changed or created)

Hi Floks,

I have a requirement like need to know the version history of smartforms who created and who changed the smartform. Can any body help me on this issue.

Hi,

If you want the full version history you can query table E071 for the transport requests for your smartform and using the TRs query table E070 for the owner of the TRs (you may use a Join between the two tables).

Suman,

Smartforms doesn't have the concept of version management.

So,it is always a good practice to download the smartform before going ahead with the modifcations.Why because after modifications if you feel that it is not the desired output then you can upload the previous version again.

Hi.

Do you need the full history?

In transaction SMARTFORMS you can at least determine in tab "General Data" the creator and last changed by with date and time.
