Running adobe application in both NW2004 ,Nw2004s

Hi all ,

I have NWDS 2.0.9 and local servers NW04 ,04s .

i have been developing and deploying in Nw04 .

The configurations and all was nt made by me ,

Now i have the requirement that i have to deploy in Nw04s .When i try to deploy i get PdfRuntimeErrors.

Pls give me inputs whats the difference to be taken care among both 04 and 04s

Hi Harsh ,

First have the ADS is configured in the NW2004s too.

U need to make installation and configure .

I have installation docs and the configuration steps with screen shots to guide you ..

Hi Harsh,

Please check PAM ( Product Availabilty Matrix ) from Service Market place , If your 2004s system is running on 64 bit Unix box , then there are some issues with ADS.

After the configuration is made in Nw2004s check the webservice navigator .

Test the rpdata ,if you get the version number in response .

Its configured properly .

But still the pdf exception still persists cos earlier the deployment was done in NW04 .

There is difference in runnng adobe in both.

The ACF for both are different thus you get errors.

In order to get it goin .for nw04s install the xACF_NW04s_SP12.exe

from service marketplace.
