Challenging: Fixed Monthly Price for Billing

Hi,

I am trying to create a contract with fixed monthly billing for each month.

I am using condition HM00

Lets say,

one contract with 1 items

itemA price 300 (monthly)

itemB price 200 (monthly)

_______________________

Total price 500 (monthly)

but want to bill the customer only 400, then use HM00

HM00 value 400 (monthly) as Header condition

if after two or three months, I add one more item to the contract

itemC price 300 (monthly)

the bill to the customer does not change (i.e. it still goes as 400 because of HM00).

This is excellent and working fine.

However,

if I want to drop one item (let us say ItemA). I can do this by changing the bill start date and end date of that item.

the final price to the customer changes!! the HM00 takes effect on the prices and applies like a discount/surcharges and then the bill goes accordingly!

Is there a way to let HM00 take effect on each period?

or

what is a good solution around that problem to have a fixed bill every month no matter what items removed?
