How to archieve the Sales Order whenever it is created automatically

Hi,

We are creating the Sales Order by RFC user with the help of BAPI. When the sales order is created, its should be archived and attached in service object attachments as PDF file.

I would like to add more information to the above problem:

We would like to know, how to locate the archieved PDF documents in SAP system. Is there any transaction for this?
