Problem in pricing

Hi all,

I have created a quotation with one line item. The line item pricing date is 09.11.2005

and the header pricing date is 28.04.2007. The quotation creation date is 04.05.2007

the condition records are maintained as follows in VK11 for the following two access :

10) sales org/dist chln/material pricing group/cusomter with a rate of 9% with validity period from

03.05.2007 till 31.12.1999

20) customer/sale sorg/dist chaanel/mat pricing group/custoemr group is 10% with a validity

period from 1.1.1996 till 31.7.2006

in the quotation the discount is coming as 10% from the condition records which is ok and in line with

line item pricing date.

however while making sales order wrt to above quotation, the discount coming in sales order is

9%. even if the pricing date in sales order is 0.11.2005. i fail to understansd why. even

pricing analysis shows the condition record found to be access 20 as above, but the sales order

is taking price of access 10. i wonder why since the validity date of access 10 statrs from

03.05.2007 and not 09.11.2005.

please also note that all the doucment data for both the above access is available in the sales order. i.e material

pricing gorup/saels org/csutomer group/customer number

i have changed to pricing type in copy control to D aslo, but still the above problem persists.

awaititng replies.
