Need urgent help.

Can any one tell me if it is possible to go to trnx IW32 through CAT2.

If yes kindly tell how.

If not , then kindly tell me if the time entered in IW32 is automatically updated in CAT2.

Hi Nilesh,

Time entered in IW32 will not be updated in CAT2, rather actual time entered in CAT2 will be updated in service order which will be reflected in IW32.

Hi Mrinal,

Can you please tell me how is the time entered in CAT2 linked with service order.

I am not able to see any link between IW32 and CAT2.

Hi Nilesh,

When time entered in CATS against a service order / operation is transferred to PM / CS then service order gets updated with actual cost which you can see in 'Costs ' tab in service order.
