Hello,
When a user takes a report from the system, a WP starts to work for that user. It puts the necessary information for the report to the memory on users server. When the process is finished, after the report is taken, the related work process starts to wait for the next job. But, when I open the task manager ( windows ), I see that it still uses some memory. What can be the reason for that?
E.g.: WP uses 600mb on memory during users report process, and it maintains after the report.
Note: Os:Windows2003x64 - db: MS SQL Server 2000x86 - ECC 5.0 ( 4.6C )
Best regards

Hi Ismail,
What does your ST03N -> Memory use statistics screen read like? Did you check if the same job is still active or finished in SM37?
You can also use poolmon.exe in windows support tools folder (if you had installed it) to check memory leaks at OS level.

P. Kumaravel.
