creator information incorrect

In the invoice output the creator information i.e its telephone number is coming incorrect though its name is comming correct can u please help with the reason and the solution for how to change the same????

Hi Hari,

The output cmes as per the fields defined in the Form assigned to the Output type. Take the Help of a ABAPer and try to find out from which field / Table is the Data from cmg and from which table & field you want the data to be displayed. Make changes accordingly in the From and things would work out.

Go to V/40 to find out what is the form assigned to the Output type. Go to SE 71 and change the field and table if any mistake in the same.

how to check form assigned by V/40, I mean form routine field is blank for that out put type IGFA
