Combo Box Not Working !

Hi Experts,

In one of the requirements (VC-BI Integration) from client, we need to allow users to type the value as well as select it from the drop-down. The control which will allow this is Combo-Box control. This Combo-Box works fine if users 'Select' the values from the drop-down But unfortunately when the user types-in the value instead of selecting from the drop-down BLANK value is passed to the query. So the very use of combo-Box is not working.

Have anyone experienced this? I am using VC 7 (NW04s SPS11). BI 7 (NW04s SPS11)

Please help. If there is any other setting or note for this please let me know.

I do not have an answer for this post in May, but was hoping you had determined the solution.

I have the exact problem that occurred after upgrade to ERP 2005 in a select report. It was working as a combo box, now working as only a list box.
