RFC Connection Error

Hello,

i have to open RFC connection. i am getting following Errors.

Error Program ODSUSR62 not registered

Location SAP- Gateway on host dlwsdv10 / sapgw02

Details TP ODSUSR62 not registered

Component SAP – Gateway

Counter 1861

Module gwr3cpic.c

Line 1609

Return Code 679

Release 640

HI Suresh ,

You will have to create a JCo connection and register your program.You will have to do the following steps:

Log into the J2EE visual administrator and choose server->services->JCo RFC Provider and create a node with the same program name as given in the RFC.Remember this is CASE sensitive.

Once you do this ,this will work.

Feel free to revert back.

Please enunciate..

At times the program which you are using need to be registered with the system then only you can connect to the system.

Please ping or telnet from the OS level to see if network connections exist.

If not then ask the network administrator to check the connections.

Put on a RFC trace from ST01 and try to see whats causing the error.

Hi Suresh,

What are you connecting to? To a j2ee engine? If so please check the JCo RFC provider service in the Visual Admin.
