SC Approval via (Outlook) e-mail

We are able to send e-mail to the approver when a SC is ordered. The approver does have the Forward_WI = 'X', so e-mail are sent ot his Outlook inbox.
When the approver ope nthe e-mail, he does see all the line items of the Work item (i.e SC) and links...Login, Reject and Aprove
Here is what he gets...

When he clicks the 'Logon" he is sendto the EBP logon page...this is fine.
However, when he clicks 'Approve' or 'Reject' ...Outlook opens Reply e-ma with text like on the body of the message. The Send to (receipiant) is email@example.com

When we do send the e-mail nothing happend...i.e SC is not 'Approved' or 'Rejected'.
What do we need to set? Configure? Run, ect. Any help will be appericiated and helpful.
