Change my sales orders?

Hi

I work in a library and 4 people share the same sap user. And I think someone are messing around with my sales orders.

It´s possible to trace if someone are change my work in SAP? How?

Joao,

In a sales order (VA01/2/3) one can go to the menu: Environment->changes to see changes to sales orders. However if each of you is sharing the same ID it may not be much help.

Everyone should be using a unique ID so it can be traced back correspondingly.

hi,

Even if i trace also i'll get to know JOAO was logon.(since 4 people share it).

Only think,you can do is lock (SM01)the transacation VA02.

Other user can Create and display,but they can't change it.

Ben,

That´s what I´m loocking for, because in that way I can see the time and the date of any change.

About the ID I can´t do anything about it.....
