Hi,
Does PI come as a part of ECC 7.0?
And If we use PI 7.0 for scenarios configuration, do i need to use ECC 7.0 only or anything I can use?
Generally in companies how do they use? PI 7.0 with ECC 7.0 only or any version of ECC?
Is ECC 7.0 is nothing but mySAP ERP Edition 2005?
Thanks

Hi Krishna,
I would like to ans this first.
Is ECC 7.0 is nothing but mySAP ERP Edition 2005?
mySAP ERP 2005 is also referred as ECC 6.0.
ECC6.0 comes with complete set of all Netweaver Componensts.
Does PI come as a part of ECC 7.0?
For ECC 6.0, seperate installation of PI is always required.
This note could help u in installation stage
SAP Note 855534
And If we use PI 7.0 for scenarios configuration, do i need to use ECC 7.0 only or anything I can use?
U may use any R/3 or ECC
Generally in companies how do they use? PI 7.0 with ECC 7.0 only or any version of ECC?
This choice depends upon the version of R/3 or ECC that the company is maintaining. It may use anything.
