PO Deleted in ECS Scenerio in SRM 5.0

Hi All,

How to find the user id of person deleted the PO in ECS Scenario in EBP (SRM5.0).Are there any table to check ?. pls mail me in detail, all the possibilities,

Hi

<b>Couple of ways are there -></b>

<u>1st way is to look into the standard tables in the SRM system

CRMD_ORDERADM_H (Header Data)

and

CRMD_ORDERADM_I (Item Data)

for the Business object type - BUS2201 (Purchase Orders)

2nd way is using BBP_PD Transaction for the Business object type - BUS2201 (Purchase Orders) [(The transaction calls the same tables to fetch the details)]

3rd way using the standard function modules - BBP_PO_GET_DETAIL / BBP_PD_PO_GETLIST</u>

Hi Gopal,

If you use BBP_PD, be sure that set <b>BUS2201</b> as Object Type, <u>BUS2203</u> is for <b>Confirmation of Goods/Service</b>

Hi Gopal,

One way to check what you need is in transaction BBP_PD, with object type BUS2201and in object ID the PO, at header information you can see a feild named <b>Changed_at</b>, there you can see the user thet made the last modify, also clic on <b>Details</b>
