When a new SRM-user is defined, that new SRM-user cannot use the baskets and/or templates of his colleagues. This way, a lot of work is lost.
Is there a solution for this? Eg. copy the baskets/templates of one user to another user, or enable one user to use the baskets/templates of another user?
The problem arises most when one person retires, and the person who succeeds him can not use the baskets/templates of the retired person to create new baskets.
Hi,
Did you try with attribute REQUESTER for the shop on behalf of functionality ?
The new user can shop on behalf of the former one.
However, this solution does not allow to transfer the template property from the former to the new user.
Except with specific development, i do not see standard solution.
Kind regards,
Yann
