Many companies dont have much of the Implementation projects.Evn if they have they will look for some experience irrespective of the potentiality and this is because of the client requirement.
i suggest u to be there in the support project for a year and once proved ur calliber, they will automatically take u to the implimentation.
Even if u change the company its not certain that they keep u in the implimentation. so better cont. the same job and enjoy ur work.
