Hi,

you can have FS for anykind of Report generation ,

eg.Price change report in this you can give the details of your requirement like,

Price conditions , rates, validity dates, user who changed using VK12 records etc..

to the technical consultant, i think if you refer to the FS youwill u'stand better.
