No problem. You must be having two different sid's. The central instance are different. Hence it's easy to do so.
http://<hostname>:5<Central instance number>00.
Normally if two different systems are there it turns up like.

As pointed out already in this kind of scenario where mutiple instances are running on the same host you need to differentiate between them using the system numner. Normal SAP GUI login happens through dispatcher port 32XX where XX is the system number.

If it's with the SAPGUI, the system number identifies the system you want to loggin
